2.1 材料验收:封头板材SA516Gr.70需是镇静钢板,轧制状态供货,应进行-10℃冲击试验,三个试样的冲击功值均≥40J。板材应在成型前按照SA-435包括补充要求S1进行UT检测
Material identification: SA516Gr.70 carbon steel plates must be fully killed carbon steel type, supplied in the as-rolled condition. Plates shall be ultrasonically examined with 100% before in accordance with SA-435 including supplementary requirements S1. Plates shall required impact temperature is -10℃.
