Learning astrology is easy but mastering it might take lifetime. People
enjoy astrology and are familiar with the most basic aspect of Astrology,
their Star Sign or Sun Sign. Generally people read about their star
signs in the daily newspaper columns, magazines and on web sites and think
that their Star Sign is all that there is to Astrology. While in
discussion they can name at least one common trait of their Sign.
The daily, weekly or monthly horoscopes are just a tip of the iceberg.
Astrology has been studied for millennia, and it dates back as far as
recorded history. Earlier people who predicted the future or studied
astrology were priests and scholars, and they were looked up to as doctors
and learned men.
Understanding the basics of Astrology in relation to the planets and the
signs, the astrology is interaction between the Planets (including the Sun
and Moon) and the Signs. The relationships between them and their
interactions are mathematically based, and Astrology studies these
mathematical cycles. The cycle of these Signs start with Aries and Pisces
completes it.
Simply put explaining about life’s details is nothing but reading the
chart of the person in relation to the planets and the stars. The person
with good knowledge of the stars can help you understand the situation of
the present and how future unfolds. The signs can also be studied in
relation to elements like fire, earth, air and water.
Different elements denote different star signs.
Aries, Leo and Sagittarius are associated with Fire.
Taurus, Virgo and Capricorn with Earth.
Gemini, Libra and Aquarius with Air.
Cancer, Scorpio, and Pisces with Water.
Thus studying one’s chart if there is presence of more Fire signs it may
indicate the person is having a fiery, combustible personality and less of
earth signs would indicate someone who is not very grounded or practical.
Astrology doesn't predict everything about you. It can only explain the
energy in your life and its potential challenges and possibilities
